Tom O'Rourke - Director

Tom's background is as a non practising Barrister with substantial experience of professional regulation in such diverse fields as the NHS, Law with the Law Society and Independent Police Complaints Commission. Tom has also acted for number of trade associations, such as the Climbing Wall Manufacturers Association Ltd and the Property Codes Compliance Board advising on policy and business development.

Chris Rawson - Audit and Process Management Adviser With a background in the Ministry of Defence and Information Technology Chris brings experience of audit and data management and lean process and project management.
